MEDICAL ALLOWANCE WITHOUT VOUCHER.

To Immediate Attention of

 All District Secretaries.

It is informed by our Circle Office that the particulars required for the payment of Medical Bill without Voucher from all SSAs have not been received by them. Only Cuddalore and Pondy SSAs have sent the relevant particulars. So our District secretaries of other SSAs should take immediate action and enquire their GM office Medical section and quicken the process of consolidation of Data and forward it to CGM Office immediately. In turn CGM Office will further consolidate SSA wise and will calculate the required amount and send to Corporate office. Then only the payment will take place. So all secretaries/other office bearers/Circle office bearers should act swiftly and execute the process.
