On 26.05.2023.:-- Office of
CCA Tamilnadu conducted Pension Adalat at Salem inviting grievances
pertaining to COIMBATORE,ERODE and SALEM SSAs.
Adalat was held under the
chairmanship of Sri .Chittaranjan Pradhan. S/Smt.K.Gowthami
Balashri jt.CCA Pension, Dr.T.Rupika Jt.CCA. PVA, S/Sri.A.G.Mani Dy. CCA Pen, Sanjeet Kumar Dy.CCA . PVA and other staffs
participated from official side.

attended the Adalalt. DGM F Salem, DE
Salem, Officer from SBI Salem represented.
Dy CCA Mr.A.G.Mani welcomed all. Felicitations
were bestowed on 4 Senior comrades of 87
and 88 years aged. They are of Salem West members 1.Annamalai RTD RSA, 2..Sundararaman 3.Rajakkannu 4.Mrs Rajakkannu. They were presented with a
shawl by Joint CCA /DyCCAAs. CCA Presented
a momento as a token of remembrance.This is a very good initiative in SALEM
Adalat. Our sincere thanks to CCA Unit.
Total cases discussed 37 . Cases pertains to other SSAs were not
included . We submitted 5 grievances.
Out of which, 2 pertains to STR
SALEM/Coimbatore.
3 Com. Krishnamurthy Erode FMA
Sanctioned and arrears paid.
4.Mrs Vijaya FP, spouse of late
Com.Rajasekaran received payment of Family pension arrears payment of Rs 90,000/-
credited.
5.Com.Mrs.Ramalakshmi asked for the
certificate on non drawl of FMA to avail O/P facility from CBE wellness centre.
As she already applied for FMA during 2022. She is entitled for FMA from the
date of receipt till CGHS formation at CBE, FMA Sanctioned. After FMA Payment, discontinuation
of FMA Certificate will be issued.
CCA speech:- Pensioners who gave
grievances have to attend the Adalat .Very few only attended. Only for the
participation of Pensioners, Adalats are conducted outside Chennai. As on date
SAMPANN Prnsioners are 36000. Postal pensioners are of very Seniors. Most of
them are not having Mobile no in their account details. CCA OFFICE has earmarked a staff contacting them for verification of
mobile number updation. As the response is from someone else other than pensioner
,not able to update mobile. During the
migration activities of postal pensioners, filling the mob.no is
mandatory. psudo numbers are filled and migration could be completed . Definitely
such pensioners mob.no are to be updated . PO Migration will be completed by
Aug 2023. During June month 2700 PO Migration likely to be completed.
Association representatives
delivered speech. CCA was asked why BSNL representatives not invited. CCA
replied that they sent letters to the respective SSAs. CCA replied as the
reasons for their absence has to be ascertained only from BSNL by Associations.
Adalat has to be conducted at each and every SSA . CCA replied based on the quantum of grievance Adalat
location will be chosen. Before Sept one Nation wide Adalat and Circle Adalat
will be held. CCA unit was thanked for
refund of TDS recovery. A lot of issues due to migration of bank pensioners like mob.no updation, account
details, DOB Corrections are pending quite a long time. Priority has to
be given to resolve it in a time bound
manner .CCA agreed to look into it. It
is informed that even sanction of FP, Payment of FP is unduly getting delayed. F.pensioners
expects FP payment earliest than the order. There was a denial to present
shawl. Com.Ramani presented a shawl to CCA. AO Pension gave Vote of Thanks.
