Today (02-06-2023) ,we discussed with DyCCA reg. revision of Pension to those executives retired between July 2017 and April 2018.
1. Due to technical problems, Commutation could not be revised in SAMPANN from the earlier date which is required due to change in LPD. As there is a delay in getting solution from Delhi and number of persons to be benefitted are very less, it is agreed upon to revise the pension without revising commutation. So, by this month all those who gave declaration will get revised pension arrears by July .
2. Long pending FMA payment along with Monthly pension ,hurdles are getting resolved. Now, Sanction Processing commenced. They are hopeful of clearing 1000 applications by JUNE 2023.
3. Requested to resolve the Issues arisen due to migration like mobile updation, Single ac or joint ac etc in a speedy manner. We mentioned had the KYP given by us been taken for reference before migration these problems could have been avoided.
4. List of long pending individual çases has been given to Joint CCA for settlement.
5. Dist.Secretaries are requested to send in the Excel format details for Society dues immediately.

The CCA office has deducted the TDS for the Month of May without taking into account of the option for New Tax Regime given by me. They have deducted TDS excessively as per old tax regime. Several mails sent and issue posted in the Grievance. But there is no sign of refund of excess Tax deducted and there is no confirmation of my option for New Tax Regime will be taken into account from the Month of June onwards atleast.
ReplyDeleteFurther the status of my bank account is yet to be corrected as JOINT. This is a long pending issue. I kindly request the office bearers to discuss these issues well in advance with CCA office and the option given by the Pensioners
