Extra increment case came up for hearing today at Chennai
CAT as sl.no 51. Our lawyer and BSNL Counsel
attended the court.Whereas DOT Lawyer Sri.Srinivasan did not attend the
court. During argument BSNL Lawyer stated that he had no points to submit and
DOT lawyer did not present. Our lawyer told that we had already submitted memo based
on the court direction .The case is getting prolonged for a long time. Situation
may arise that some elders may not be
able to get arrears before in life time.Hon.Judge told to postpone to
March 2020. Our lawyer told that tomorrow Mr.Srinivasan DOT lawyer will be
attending the court for some other case and requested to post it to
Tomorrow. Judge declared the same.So the case is posted tomorrow .
