A special meeting was
conducted by Salem , East District Branch of AIBSNLPWA on 27.10.2017.
Com D.Gopalakrishnan, CHQ Vice President and ASIA secretary delivered a valuable speech regarding pension
revision and other problems related to pensioners.
More than 145 comrades including
20 ladies earnestly attended the meeting. The meeting was concluded with lunch.
Last year about 297 members
had enrolled in our Salem (East ) Division Branch. By our hard and tireless
work and sincere service to the Pensioners, we have grown enormously. Now our
strength is 367 and all are Life Members. We expect more to join us in the near
future.
