Yesterday our Circle Secretary Com. K.Muthiyalu had met AGM State Bank Of India Customer care Cell and explained about the inordinate delay in crediting 78.2% IDA arrears to pensioners who draw their pension from SBI. The main factor for the delay attributed was Staff shortage and requested him to depute a staff exclusively for that job. AGM immediately conceded to our request and assured that he would surely depute a staff in a day or two.
The letter handed over to him is shown below.
Then he went to CCA office and gave a letter of non receipt of PPOs. The cases that had been received were handed over to the authorities who assured that they would look in to the matter and settle the issues at the earliest. The letter and cases pertaining letters given are diplayed below. Pre 2007 retirees kind attention, those who have not received sanction memos from CCA office up to so far may give their Names, PPO Number, LPS Number, Place, Bank name, SB Account number etc to their Branch secretary. The secretary may collect all, make a list send them to our Circle secretary.
