Thanjavur Monthly Meeting
On 13.05.17 the monthly meeting of
Thanjavur AIBSNLPWA District monthly meeting was conducted in Maris Corner Main Telephone Exge Complex at
1030 hours with more than 150 comrades
attendance out of which 75 lady comrades
attended the meeting.
Association flag was hoisted
by com I.Jagannathan, Com A. K. Dhanabalan presided over the meeting and Com V. Swaminathan conducted the proceedings . After prayer,
District. President com AKD read out the
agenda of the day and Com V. Swaminathan welcomed the gathering. One minute
silence was observed for the departed souls of our comrades who passed away
during last month and till date.
He explained the latest
happenings regarding new MRS procedures and got approval for the resolutions
passed in the Executive Committee meeting held on 9.5.17 at Thanjavur.
Com. C. V. Thangaiyan Circle Office Bearer briefed the Committee meeting happenings in short and Com K. Aryanar AGS in his address covered all the keynotes
of the EC meeting happenings. Last month retired Coms five in number celebrated their Manivizha
along with com. Uthirapathi who has crossed 80 years
and his Sadhabishega vizha was celebrated in a grand manner along with the birthday
party of varuthapadatha valibangal of this month. with cake cutting along with
their wards.
Special Rose garlands were garlanded
to the Manivizha and Sadhabishega vizha
great couples with huge applauds and Hangama on the stage.
MRS Options Form with or without voucher were issued for
exercising options by members. Vote of Thanks was delivered by Com P. Rajarethinam our senior comrade.
Delicious Lunch was served
to all. The lingering memories of this day will remain in the minds of our
Comrades for a long time.
