General Body meeting of Erode AIBSNLPWA branch was held on 13.05.2017 second Saturday at Erode Telephone Bhavan. The meeting started at 1100hrs with welcome address by com.K.Ramachandran.
Com.B.Narasimhamoorthi gave his presidential address.He stressed the need for increasing the membership.
Then Dist. Secy Com. S.Eswaran presented his report about our CEC at Virudhunagar, 78.2 arrears, night free call facility, MRS facility without voucher, 7th CPC and 3rd PRC etc.
The copies of MRS form of Erode SSA , list of hospitals and the printed circular issued by Circle Secretary were distributed to all.
There are totally 10 members of our Association to get 78.2% arrears. Out of that 5 members got arrears. 2 of them have become life members and 4 of them had given donations.
The other 4 members have received their fixation memo for 78.2% from Erode SSA and yet to get arrears. Regarding 1 member I couldn't contact over phone
After our AGB on 18.03.2017 FIVE new members have joined as life members. My hearty welcome to all of them. The lunch was provided by our new member com. Ramalakshmi.
15 members attended the meeting with enthusiasm . The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks by com. V.Krishnamoorthi.
The next meeting will be conducted on 08.07.2017 (Second Saturday.)
