ChTD - MEDICAL ALLOWANCE - OPTION FORM:
Com M. Kannappan, Treasurer, AIBSLPWA, ChTD has got the copy of the Medical Allowance OPTION FORM for the ChtTD pensioners, from ChTD CGM OFFICE with instructions.
All the retired staff should give option form whether they intend to claim Medical expenditure with or without voucher. Then only AOs could calculate the amount for w/o voucher cases and submit the same to get fund from Newdelhi.
