                        We have given a letter on 10.11.16 for seeking time to discuss pending problems.  There was no response till 7^th Dec. 16 and also in view of the slow process in settlement of 78.2 IDA merger we have proposed to hold a demonstration on 16.12.16.  While handing over the letter we had a meeting with CCA.  After that we received a letter fixing a meeting on 16.12.16 at 1030hrs.  In view of the developments we have decided to defer the demonstration.  However we want to point out that we have not received any letter dt. 16.11.16 so far as mentioned in your letter dt.07.12.16.
