Our GS Com. Gangdararao in his maiden circular No 1/2018 dtd 15-10-2018 has stated that the One Day Hunger Strike as per recently concluded All India Conference in Puri  has to be successfully carried out throughout the country on 22-11-2018 . All Circle/District Secretaries should submit a memorandum addressed to Secretary Telecom through Head Of The Office. The memorandum format is given below.
