நமது AIBSNLPWA தமிழமாநில சங்கத்தின் ஆரம்ப காலம் துவங்கி 2007 முதல் 2018 ஆகஸ்ட் வரை, தமிழ் மாநில AIBSNLPWA சங்கத்தின் பொருளாளராக சேவை புரிந்த மதிப்பிற்குரிய தோழர் கவுஸ் பாஷா அவர்கள் இன்று காலை காலமானார் என்ற செய்தி மிகுந்த வருத்தமளிக்கிறது. அன்னாரது  மறைவு, நமக்கு ஈடு செய்ய முடியா இழப்பாகும். அவரது மறைவுக்கு தமிழ் மாநில சங்கம் ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலை அன்னாரது குடும்பத்திற்கும், தந்தி மாவட்ட சங்கத்திற்கும்  தெரிவிக்கிறோம்.

 STRONG PROTEST IN CGM OFFICE COMPUS.

தோழர்களே!வணக்கம்!!              BSNL CORPORATE நிறுவனம் 28.09.2026 அன்று BSNL MRS OUTDOOR TREATMENT க்கும் ஈடாக வழங்கப்பட்ட மாதம் RS 1000/ மருத்துவப்படி 01.10.2026 முதல் நிறுத்திவிட்டது.       BSNL/MTNL ஓய்வுஊதியர் சம்மேளத்தின் அ. இ. செயலர்கள் ஒன்றிணைந்து மென்னிகர் கூட்டம் நடத்தி, இதை கண்டித்து,1.10.2026 அன்று BSNL அலுவலகம் முன்பு DEMONSTRATION நடத்துமாறு முடிவெடுத்துள்ளனர். அதன்படி, தமிழ் மாநிலத்தில், 01.10.2026 அன்று AUAB நடத்துகின்ற போராட்ட இடத்தில் அரை மணிநேரம் முன்னர் நமது தோழர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டு நம்முடைய கோரிக்கை களை வலியுறுத்தியும், வாழ்த்துதுரை வழங்கியும் போராட்டத்தில் பெருவாரியாக கலந்து கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

Dear comrades/friends
Today at 7 pm, representatives from Aibsnlpwa, Aibdpa, SnpWA, Airbsnlewa, Bdpa(I), RTOWA Delhi, Mrewa met virtually and decided unanimously the following:-
1) Joint letter to CMD, BSNL demanding withdrawal of 28/9/26 Corporate office letter "withdrawing Rs.1000/- p.m which is available now under bsnlmrs" with a copy to DoT secretary and Hon MoC.
2) To hold protest demonstration on 1st October 26 before BSNL offices throughout the country.
3) On 7/10/26 to hold Black badge demonstration before all BSNL offices throughout the country.

Withdraw 28/9/26 Corporate office letter and continue the scheme of payment of Rs.1000/- p.m under without voucher.
 
All circles/districts/branches are requested to conduct the programme effectively.
The timing may decided locally.

AUAB அகில இந்திய செயலர்கள் கேட்டுக்கொண்டதற் கிணங்க,28.09.2026 அன்று நமது  அ. இ. சங்கம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிக்கையில் 01.10.2026 AUAB நடத்துகின்ற உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டத்திற்கு நம்முடைய ஒத்துழைப்பை நல்குமாறும், அன்று மதிய இடைவெளியில் LUNCH HOUR DEMO நடத்துமாறும் அறிவித்துள்ளனர்.   தமிழ் மாநிலத்தில் நமது அமைப்பு,AUAB அமைப்பினர் 01.10.2026 அன்று பங்கேற்று நடத்தும் உண்ணா விரதத்திற்கு உறுதுணையாக , அவர்கள் கோரிக்கை வெற்றி பெற வாழ்த்தி, மதிய உணவு ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் ஏற்பாடு செய்து அல்லது, அவர்கள் நடத்தும் ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் நமது தோழர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டு, சிறப்பிக்க வேண்டுகிறது. அனைத்து மாவட்ட செயலாளர்களும், மாவட்ட அளவில் AUAB தலைவர்களுடன் இணைந்து 01.10.2026 அன்று,மதிய வேளை ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தை நடத்தவும். சென்னையை பொருத்தவரை, CGM TN அலுவலகத்தில் நடைபெறும் மதிய வேளை ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொள்ளவும்.

AIBSNLPWA extends its solidarity with the AUAB agitational programme demanding wage revision w.e.f. 01.01.2017.

All our units are requested to organise solidarity demonstrations on 1st October 2026, at the venue of the AUAB Relay Hunger Fast, in coordination with participating unions and associations.

 Important Update: Supreme Court Case on Validation Act (25-09-2026)

The writ petition filed by the National Coordination Committee of Pensioners Associations and 18 other associations, including AIBSNLPWA, against the Union of India (W.P.(C) No. 1057/2025) was listed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 25-09-2026.

As per the latest case status, the matter remains pending after notice (for admission). The next tentative listing date is 03-11-2026

 

 

 NEW EMPANELMENT WITH CGHS AT TRICHIRAPALLI

 

 CGHS CHENNAI PANCHAYAT

 இன்று 19/8/26 மதியம் இரண்டு முப்பது மணிக்கு, ராஜாஜி பவன் CGHS வளாகத்தில், CGHS Chennai Panchayat, AD CGHS Dr Shri. குமரவேல், Dr. ஜெகதீசன் Nodal officer அவர்கள் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது. CGHS பயனாளிகள், மருத்துவர்கள், மற்றும் மருத்துவமனை நிர்வாகிகள் ஆகியோர் கிட்டத்தட்ட 200 பேர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

Power Point Presentation வழியாக CGHS Chennai பற்றிய முழு விவரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டன.

1,78,128 பயனாளிகளை கொண்ட சென்னை CGHS, வருடத்திற்கு ₹251 கோடி தொகை செலவழிக்கிறது.

LAC, ZAC கூட்டங்கள் மாதம் ஒருமுறை நடைபெறுகின்றன.

70 வயதிற்கு மேற்பட்டவர்களுக்கு referral தேவையில்லை.

மருந்துகளை வீடுகளுக்கு நேரடியாக அனுப்பும் Pilot Project திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

தாம்பரம் Wellness Centre 45 நாட்களில் திறக்கப்படும்.

திருநெல்வேலி WC இன்னும் இருபது நாட்களில் இடம் மாற்றி அமைக்கப்படும்.

பெரம்பூர் WC  இடமாற்றம் BSNL நிர்வாகத்துடன் கலந்தாலோசிக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது.

கிண்டி WC  ராஜ்பவன் வளாகத்திற்கு மாற்றும் ஆலோசனையில் உள்ளது.

ஆயுஷ் WC பயன்பாட்டை பொருத்தே திறக்கப்படும்.

mycghs 2.0 app அனைவரும் பதிவிறக்கம் செய்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். இந்த app மூலமாகவே அனைத்து தகவல்களையும் பயனாளிகள் தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.

CGHS Sarathi என்ற wats app குழுமமும் விரைவில் பகிரப்படும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

Robotic surgery only for Cancer Patients என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

மற்ற அறுவை சிகிச்சைகள் Robotic surgery ஆக செய்து கொள்ள தற்பொழுது அனுமதி இல்லை.

பயனாளிகள் பலரும் தங்கள் சந்தேகங்களை கேட்டனர். அனைத்து கேள்விகளுக்கும் மிகவும் பொறுமையாகவும், அமைதியாகவும் AD அவர்கள் பதிலளித்தது அனைவருக்கும் திருப்திகரமாக இருந்தது. CGHS பயனாளிகளுக்கும் மருத்துவமனைகளுக்கும் இடையே ஒரு பாலமாக செயல்படவே தான் விரும்புவதாகவும் தெரிவித்தது மனநிறைவை அளித்தது.

CGHS பஞ்சாயத் நிகழ்வில், கலந்துகண்ட தோழர்கள். V. ராமராவ் ,S. அனுராதா இருவரும் முன்வைத்த கருத்துகள்:

1.Gericare hospitals and also assisted living centres for Seniors are to be empaneled. Since the cost is very high, a policy decision is to be taken by Director Health Services. AD told the new will be conveyed

2.Decision making authorities viz, Director Health Services presence will greatly help in Panchayats. AD noted the point.

3. Online appointment பயனாளிகளுக்கு நேரம் ஒதுக்குவது முறைப்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். பணியில் இருக்கும் ஊழியர்கள், online appointment patients, நேரடியாக Wellness மையத்திற்கு வரும் பயனாளிகள் மூவருக்கும் நேரம் ஒதுக்குவது, இவர்களுக்கு இடையே ஏற்படும் மனக்கசப்பை தவிர்க்கும் .

4. Wellness center களில், token display system அமல்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
