A brief Narration about what had happened in the Hon.Court.
Our extra increment case
came up for hearing yesterday
BSNL counsel attended.
There is a change in Govt.
Counsel. Old counsel informed the court that new counsel will argue.
Our lawyer argued
effectively. Before adjourning the case Hon Judge told old Government counsel that he should inform the court that
whether the case before the Hon High court of Kerala is similar to this case
and if so what is the difficulty in implementing that order.
Judge wanted to fix a date
next month but due to the intervention of our lawyer the case has been adjourned to 28/9/2018.
We expect that the case may be
finalized in the next hearing.
