Just before the Bihar Circle Conference at 9 am on 21-7-19 , Com. P Gangadhara Rao GS lead the Delegation of BIHAR Circle to the House of Sri Ravi Shankar Prasad  at Patna. GS requested the Hon'ble MOC to settle our Pension Revision issue at the earliest after handing over a memorandum.

Government has taken a good decision to help the senior pensioners above the age of 80 years.

To Avoid hardship of the senior Pensioners waiting in the queue for a long time to file their Life Certificates in November every year the Ministry Of Personnel has issued an order that Senior Pensioners above the age of 80 years can File their  Life Certificate (JEEVAN PRAMAAN) in OCTOBER itself it will be validtill the last day of November next year.

Other Pensioners , below the age of 80 years have to file Life Certificates in the month of November itself as at Present.

CBMPA MEETS AT DELHI

In the CBMPA meeting at Delhi on 19-7-19 , the members  present have reviewed the present status of our PENSION REVISION. This file which was resent by DOT about two weeks ago seeking the permission of DOP&PW only for  DE - LINKING without complying to the queries raised by DOP has been examined by DOP & PW. It is understood that DOP &PW is likely to send the file back to DOT reiterating their original stand that the Administrative Department (DOT) only has to send a concrete and comprehensive proposal of Pension Revision like Fitment formula, Financial implications and the method of addressing the likely anomaly to those retired after 1-1-17.
So, the stand taken by DOT is not in order. 
The members  thoroughly deliberated  the issue and unanimously decided to further pursue this case strongly by seeking political intervention.

Secretary, Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare has sent a letter to all Departments to hold Pension Adalat, on the same day of 23-8-2019 to settle maximum number of grievances of pensioners. Accordingly, National Adalat is proposed to be held on 23-08-2019 in the “ Hall Of Inspiration, Anna salai Telephones exchange, Dams Road Chennai 2.

Last date of receiving grievance will be 02-08-2019. Further notifications will be intimated later.

                         SECRETARY'S  LETTER

Extra increment case listed as sl.no 24 in CAT I. AS DOT Counsel has not attended the court, Hon.Judge posted the case for hearing on 05.09.2019.

சேலம் கிழக்கு மாவட்ட சங்கம் நேற்று ( 13.7.2019) தனது 11 ம் ஆண்டு நிறைவு விழா வை வெகு விமரிசையாக கொண்டாடியது.வாழ்நாள் சாதனையாளர் விருது பெற்ற தோழர். க.முத்தியாலு .அ.இ.து.பொ.செயலாளர் கலந்து கொண்டு.  இன்றைய BSNL நிலை பற்றியும் , நமது ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் பற்றியும் மிக விரிவாக நீண்ட  நேரம் பேசினார்.கிளையின் சார்பில் நினைவு பரிசு வழங்க பட்டது. 70 வயது நிறைவடைந்தவர்களுக்கு ம்,புதிதாக இணைந்த 10 தோழர் களுக்கும் அ.இ.து.பொ.செயலர் பொன் னாடை அணிவித்தார். 200 உறுப்பினர் கள் ,(பெண்கள் 26பேர் உள்பட)கலந்து கொள்ள மதியம் அறுசுவை உணவுடன் கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவடைந்தது.

மாலை 4 மணி யளவில் நமது ஆத்தூர் கிளை 3ம் ஆண்டு பொதுகுழுவை நடத்தியது. தோழர். க.முத்தியாலு. கலந்து கொண்டு மிக நீண்ட உரை நிகழ்த்தினார். மாவட்டம் சார்பில் ACS,DS,DP,  Com Ganesan and Asst.Treasurer கலந்து கொண்டனர் .

தோழர்கள் ராஜூ SDE,தலைவராகவும்,

சுப்பிரமணியன் செயலராகவும்,

அன்பழகன். பொருளராகவும் 

ஒருமனதாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர்
