Important Update: Supreme Court Case on Validation Act (25-09-2026)
The writ petition filed by the National Coordination Committee of Pensioners Associations and 18 other associations, including AIBSNLPWA, against the Union of India (W.P.(C) No. 1057/2025) was listed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 25-09-2026.
As per the latest case status, the matter remains pending after notice (for admission). The next tentative listing date is 03-11-2026
