OBITUARY.   
Tamilnadu Circle Vice  President  and President of Trichy District AIBSNLPWA.  Comrade. V.P. KATHAPERUMAL. Passed away today morning 1130AM. We express our deepest condolence to the bereaved members of the family and TRICHY COMRADES. He was very much active during our Circle conference held at Trichy. He was suffering from lever problem and underwent surgery also. He himself told that he had been recovering. Suddenly due to bad health condition he was admitted in a private hospital and passed away.
We pray the Almighty to place the  departed soul to rest in peace.

Kudos and congratulations to the team of PCCA, TN. 

  It is learnt from reliable sources that O/o PCCA TN has despatched the revised pension authority to maximum number of beneficiaries as per DoT order dated 7/10/2021( Pension Anomaly case) to GM (PA&F) and CPPCs  today.  

We think that Tamilnadu PCCA team is the first in the whole country to do this job more efficiently with so much of speed.They deserve all praise and congratulations.

Good Morning.
Yesterday on 20th October We (Myself and S.Sundarakrishnan, ACS ) went to CCA OFFICE Ethiraj Salai Chennai. Had discussion with Dy.CCA and Joint CCA regarding the process of Pension Revision to those who are benefitted due to Pension Anamoly Case.
They told that the details  given by our Com.D.Gopalakrishnan  CHQ VP was very much useful. They have already started the work. Joint CCA Assured that they will send the authorisation order of Pension for alive pensioners/Family pensioners before this month end to the respective CPPCs/ GM Postal account. They will also enclose a letter to make early payment.
Other pending issues are also discussed.

Our TN Circle Secretary and Asst. Circle Secretary S/Shri R Venkatachalam and S Sundarakrishnan informed about your swift action taken to implement the DoT order dated 07-10 -2021 regarding pension anomaly case.  We highly appreciate your actions and your team.  They also informed us that you intend to write to CPPCs  and GM, PA&F for early payment of arrears.

                     THE READY RECKNOR

Below a link is given. If you click on it you will get Nine Tables in Excel to know monetary benefit derived from the order on Pension Anomaly. One table for each month from October 2000 to June 2001.

1. Choose the particular table for the month you retired. For example; if you had retired in November 2000 choose Table No.2

2. On top, two figures are given in RED colour, 5000 and 6000. 5000 is the basic pension granted in 2002 after introduction of IDA scales in BSNL, calculated on the basis of ten months average basic pay, partly in CDA and partly in IDA. 6000 is the new Basic Pension to be given in accordance with the order dated 7-10-2021. Replace the two figures with your old basic pension and new basic pension. Total amount of arrears (Up to September 2021) including additional pension of 20% will appear on the top itself. Detailed calculations are available below.

AIBSNLPWA கடலுார் மாவட்ட செயற்குழு கூட்டம் 09.10.2021 காலை கடலுார் G.R. ஹோட்டல் வளாகத்தில் தலைவர்.P.ஜெயராமன் தலைமையில் சிறப்புடன் நடந்தது.
தோழர்.A.ஜெயகுமார் (உதவி செயலர்) அஞ்சலி உரையை
நிகழ்த்திட, செயலர்.R.அசோகன் வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.
தலைவர்.P.ஜெயராமன் மாவட்ட சங்கம் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு ஆற்றி வரும் பணிகள்,CGHS மாற்றலுக்கு எல்லா உதவிகளையும் செய்வது பற்றியும் CGHS க்கு பணம் செலுத்தியவர்களுக்கு அவர்கள் கட்டிய தொகையை திரும்ப பெற்றுக் கொடுக்கும் உதவிகள் குறித்தும் விளக்கமாக எடுத்துரைத்தார். பின்னர் செயலர்.R.அசோகன் மாவட்ட சங்க செயல்பாட்டு அறிக்கையை வாசிக்க, செயற்குழு முழுமையாக அதை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டது. பின்னர் அமைப்பு நிலை விவாதம்,  மாவட்ட சங்க மாநாட்டினை சிதம்பரம் பகுதி தோழர்கள் விரும்பியபடி மாநில செயலரிடம் கலந்து பேசிய பிறகு முடிவு எடுத்திட தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது.  CORONA காரணமாக தடைப்பட்ட புதிய உறுப்பினர் சேர்க்கை பணியை உடனே துவக்கிடவும் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. மாநில துணை தலைவர்.தோழர்K.சந்திரமோகன் சிறப்புரை ஆற்றினார்.
இறுதியாக ஹாஜா கமாலுதின் நன்றி கூறினார்.
 
பிற்பகலில் நடந்த கடலூர் பகுதி மாதாந்திர கூட்டத்தில்
80 வயதை கடந்த ஏழு தோழர்களுக்கு பாராட்டு விழா நடத்தப்பட்டது.
பகுதி தலைவர். P.சாந்தகுமார் தலைமை ஏற்று  நடத்திட செயலர் G.அசோகன் வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.
80 வயது கடந்த தோழர்கள். 1)N.S லட்சுமி, 2) அசீமா கானம், 3) செங்களனி, 4)ஜோவெற்றி, 5) P. கண்ணன்,
6) பாலசுப்ரமணியன் & 7) திருசங்கு ஆகியோர் சால்வை அணிவித்து, இராஜ கிரீடம் அணிவிக்கப்பட்டு ,வாழ்த்து மடலும் அவர்களுக்கு, தலைவர்கள் சாந்தகுமார், P.ஜெயராமன் வழங்கினர். தோழர்கள்.N.திருஞானம்,K.இளங்கோவன்,K.வெங்கட்ரமணன், A.ஜெயகுமார், ஜெகந்நாதன், ராஜலிங்கம், செல்வரசு மேரி, ராஜகுமாரி , மாவட்ட செயலர்.R.அசோகன் ஆகியோர் வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினர்.
இறுதியாக பொருளர் .N.செல்வராசு நன்றியுரை நிகழ்த்தினார். 

கூட்டத்தில் தோழியர்கள் 15 பேர் உள்ளிட்ட 100 தோழர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

 09-10-2021 சனிக்கிழமை, தஞ்சை அகில இந்திய பிஎஸ்என்எல் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் நல சங்கத்தின் செயற்குழு கூட்டம் மாலை 3 மணி அளவில் தஞ்சை மேரிஸ் கார்னர் தொலைபேசி வளாகத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள நமது சங்க கட்டிடத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. கிட்டத்தட்ட 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தோழர்களும் தோழியர்களும் தஞ்சை, மன்னார்குடி, பட்டுக்கோட்டை, பாபநாசம் & திருவாரூர் பகுதி களிலிருந்து வந்திருந்து கலந்து கொண்டு கூட்டத்தை சிறப்பித்தனர்.

மாவட்ட தலைவர் மதுரை ராஜேந்திரன் தலைமையேற்க மாவட்ட செயலர் சாமிநாதன் முன்னின்று கூட்டத்தை நடத்தினார். மாநில அமைப்புச் செயலர் தோழர் பிரான்சிஸ் சேவியர் முன்னிலை வகித்தார். இந்த கூட்டத்திற்கும் சென்ற கூட்டத்திற்கும் இடையில் உயிர் நீத்த உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் விவசாய மாநாட்டில் உயிர் நீத்த தோழர்களுக்கும் நினைவு அஞ்சலி செலுத்தும் முகத்தான் இரண்டு நிமிடம் மௌன அஞ்சலி செலுத்தப்பட்டது.

தோழர்கள் அய்யனார் பட்டுக்கோட்டை சிவி தங்கையன் பட்டுக்கோட்டை கிளைச் செயலர் ஜெயசீலன் பட்டுக்கோட்டை தோழர் சீனா தானா மற்றும் திருவாரூர் தோழர் நெப்போலியன் தஞ்சை தோழர்கள்  சந்தானகோபாலன் நடராஜன் என் பி2 பன்னீர்செல்வம் தோழியர் சந்திரகுமாரி மட்டும் மன்னை தோழர் ஆகியோர் தங்களது கருத்துக்களை பதிவு செய்தனர். மாநில அமைப்புச் செயலர் தோழர் பிரான்சிஸ் சேவியர் உரை நிகழ்த்தினார். அடுத்து மாவட்ட செயலர் சாமிநாதன் தனது கருத்துக்களை பதிவு செய்தார்.தோழர் கே.சீனு பொருளாளர் நிதிநிலை அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பித்தார். இறுதியில் கீழ்க்கண்ட தீர்மானங்கள் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டன.

1. பென்ஷன் அனாமலி கேஸ்-ல் வெற்றி பெற செய்த அனைத்து தலைவர்களுக்கும், சிறப்பாக பணியாற்றிய தோழர் DG அவர்களுக்கும் சிறப்பாக பங்காற்றிய அனைத்து உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும் நன்றி பாராட்டி தீர்மானம் ஒருமனதாக நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.

2.  AIBSNL PWA உறுப்பினர்கள் நமது கூட்டுறவு சொசைட்டி மூலம் அனுபவித்து வரும் இடர்பாடுகளை சரிசெய்யும் வகையில் மாநில மற்றும் மத்திய சங்கம் உறுதியாக இந்த நிலையிலிருந்து மீண்டு வர ஆவன செய்ய வேண்டும் என தீர்மானம் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்டது.

3. பட்டுக்கோட்டை கிளையிலிருந்து வருடந்தோறும் வசூலிக்கப்படும் நன்கொடை 500 ல் ரூபாய் 400 நன்கொடையை நமது மாவட்ட சங்கத்திற்கு கொடுக்க வேண்டுமாய் தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டு, பட்டுக்கோட்டை கிளையின் முடிவை அறிவிக்கக்கோரி தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டது.

கூட்டத்தில் இறுதியாக எம் கணேசன் அவர்கள் நன்றி நவில கூட்டம் இனிதே நிறைவுற்றது.
