குறிப்பு : தமிழகத்தின் அனைத்துப் பகுதிகளிலிருந்து மாநாட்டில் கலந்து கொள்ள வரும் மகளிர் சார்பாளர்/பார்வையாளர்களுக்கு மாநாட்டு அரங்கிற்கு மிக அருகிலேயே தங்கும் அறை வசதிகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Fifth District conference of  Nagercoil was held on 28-07-2018 Saturday, in Rotary community center. The morning session began at 1000 hours  by hoisting our Association flag by Senior Com. Smt.N. Dannybai.   In the open session, our District President Com. G. Dhamodharan  welcomed the gathering.  District Secretary Com. A. Chelliah spoke about our membership increase in this district and members attending union meetings in full swing. This enthusiasm  shows our unity in achieving our goal.  

AIBSNLPWA  All India President Com. P.S. Ramankutty , Tamilnadu Circle Secretary Com. K. Muthialu , Tamilnadu Circle Organizing Secretary Com. Kanakaraj and Com. S. Subramonian Dist.Secy, CGPA felicitated the conference.  All India President Com. P.S. Ramankutty, in his address  told that our path is in a correct way and we will get pension revision by extending our continuous struggle of our pensioners and hope they would support him in all aspects. Getting our pension revision is not so easy and we have to move on  various steps to achieve the target and definitely  we will get it in the near future.  

Com. K. Muthialu, TN Circle Secretary in his speech told that the circle had taken many items pertaining to our pensioners’ problems  and many of them have been  settled and a few of them would be solved shortly.  Only because of our union efforts, the pensioners got Medical Reimbursement without voucher Scheme , 78.2 % IDA  merger, pending cases and anomaly cases settlement.  

In the afternoon session, a proposal with a list of office bearers list was presented  to the house unanimously  and the following were elected unanimously for next term.

District Treasurer   : Com. M. Balan.

A grand Total of 178 Members including 17 ladies attended the conference.   At the conclusion of the district conference,  Joint  Secretary Com. P. Rajan Babu , proposed a vote of thanks.

சரித்திர சாதனைகள் படைத்து வரும் நம் பேரியக்கமாம் AIBSNLPWA ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கத்தின் தமிழ் மாநில மாநாடு வெகு சிறப்பாக தமிழகத்தின் மையப்பகுதியான திருச்சி மாநகரில் வரும் ஆகஸ்டு திங்கள் 7 மற்றும் 8 தேதிகளில் " வாசவி மஹாலில் " நடைபெற உள்ளது. மாநாடு நடைபெறும் மண்டபத்தினை சென்றடையும் வழிகளை இப்போது பார்க்கலாம்.
நம் மாநாடு நடைபெறும் வாசவி மஹால் திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி சந்திப்பு ரயில் நிலையத்திற்கும் , திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி மத்திய பேரூந்து நிலையத்திற்கும் மிக அருகாமையில் , சில நிமிட நடை பயண தூரத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது.
ரயிலில் மாநாட்டிற்கு வருவோர் , ரயில் நிலையத்திலிருந்து வெளியே வரும் வழியில் ஒரு அழகிய ரவுண்டானா உள்ளது. அந்த இடத்தில் வலது புறம் திரும்பி சில அடி தூரம் நடந்தால் வாசவி மஹாலை அடையலாம்.
பேரூந்து மூலமாக திருச்சி வருபவர்கள் மத்திய பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இறங்கி ஸ்ரீரங்கம் (திருவரங்கம்) செல்லும் எண் 1 டவுன் பஸ்ஸில் ஏறி

Joyful moments for AIBSNLPWA, TUTICORIN   A long back eagerness for  an office room for the functioning purpose of AIBSNLPWA, Tuticorin District Branch has become a reality  now.

இன்று  26 7 2018 வியாழக்கிழமை தஞ்சை பிஎஸ்என்எல் சேவை அனைத்து சங்க ஒன்றிணைந்த  போராட்ட கூட்டத்தில் 500க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தோழர்களும் தோழியர்களும் மாவட்டம் முழுவதும் இருந்து வந்து ஒருங்கிணைந்து பங்குபெற்று அருமையானதொரு நிகழ்வினை  ஏற்படுத்தினார்கள் .இன்றைய கடைசி நாள் போராட்டக் களத்திற்கு நமது பிஎஸ்என்எல் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் நல சங்கம் தஞ்சை மாவட்டத்தின் சார்பாக 50க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தோழர்களும் தோழியர்களும் மாவட்டம் முழுவதிலிருந்தும் வந்திருந்து பங்குபெற்று சிறப்பித்தார்கள். இதில் முக்கிய அம்சம் என்னவென்றால் நமது மாவட்ட  செயலர் தோழர் வி சாமிநாதன் அவர்கள் உண்ணாவிரத போராட்டத்தில் தன்னையும் இணைத்துக் கொண்டு நமது ஓய்வூதியர்கள் நல சங்கத்தின் ஆதரவினையும் இதன் மூலம் பறைசாற்றினார்.

நமது தஞ்சை மாவட்ட பிஎஸ்என்எல் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் நல சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக ஒரு சிறப்பான சிறந்த கருத்துக்களையும் தனது உரையில் தொகுத்து வழங்கினார்.

வாழ்க பிஎஸ்என்எல் ஓய்வூதியர் நல சங்கம். வளர்க அனைத்து பிஎஸ்என்எல் சேவை சங்கங்களின் ஒற்றுமை.

In Kumbakonam CRDA SSA, more than 15 of our AIBSNLPWA association comrades participated in the last day of the 3 days relay hunger fast protest.

பென்ஷன் பத்ரிகா ஜூலை மாத தலையங்கம்

               பூரிக்கு பெருமையுடன் செல்வோம்.

BSNL ஓய்வூதியர்களின் மிகப்பெரிய சங்க அமைப்பான நம் AIBSNLPWA  செப்டம்பர் மாதம் 22 மற்றும் 23 தேதிகளில் பூரியில் கூட உள்ளது . கடந்த 9 ஆண்டுகளில் நம் செயல்பாடுகள் , அதன் மூலம் நாம் வென்றெடுத்த வெற்றிகள் மேலும் இனி வரும் 3 ஆண்டுகளில் நாம் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டிய திட்ட செயல்பாடுகளையும் திட்டமிட உள்ளோம். 2009 க்கு முன் நம் BSNL ஓய்வூதியர்கள் சார்பாக குரல் கொடுக்க யாரும் முன் வரவில்லை . நமக்காக அனுதாபம் கொள்ளக்கூட யாருமே இல்லாத ஒரு நிலைமையையும் நாம் நன்கு உணர்கிறோம்.

மத்திய அரசு பொது நிறுவனங்களின் ஊழியர்கள் எவருமே ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் செய்யப்படாத நிலை இருக்கும் போது , நாம் மட்டும் நம் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் ஓய்வூதியம்  மாற்றியமைக்கப்பட வேண்டும் எனும் கோரிக்கை வைத்தபோது , " இது நடக்காது. நிறைவேறாத கனவு இது " என்று பலரும் கூறிய போது , நாம் நம் அயரா முயற்சியின் மூலமாக ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் என்ற கனவினை நினைவாக்கி காட்டினோம்.  CCS 1972-வின் விதி முறைகளின் கீழ் நாம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெற்று வருகிறோம்.எனவே நமக்கு ஓய்வூதியம் மத்திய அரசே அளிக்க வேண்டுமென்று நாம் வலியுறுத்திய பொது, " இது விபரீதமான கோரிக்கை. பிறகு பார்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம் " என்றிருந்தார்கள். ஆனால் நாம் நம் கோரிக்கையில் மிகவும் உறுதியாக இருந்து வந்தோம். கடைசியில் மத்திய அரசே நம் கோரிக்கையையை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டது. ஆம் தோழர்களே BSNL ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு ஓய்வூதியம் அளிக்கும் முழு பொறுப்பும் முழுக்க முழுக்க மத்திய அரசையே சாரும்.

மத்திய அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு/ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு சம்பள கமிசன் மூலமாக எப்போதெல்லாம் செய்கிறார்களோ அப்போதெல்லாம் BSNL ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்பட்ட வேண்டும் என்று ஒரு நிலையான கோரிக்கையினை நாம் வைக்கும்போது, பெரிதாக எண்ணமுடியாத , பெருங்கனவு காண இயலாத சிலர் முரண்பாடான கோரிக்கைகளை வைக்கிறார்கள்.

மத்திய தொழிற்துறை நிறுவனங்களில் பணியில் சேரும்போது,1946 Industrial Employment விதி பிரகாரம் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட கால வேலை வாய்ப்பினை எல்லா தொழிற்துறைகளிலும் அமலாக்க மத்திய அரசு முயற்சித்து வருகிறது. இதன் முடிவு என்னவாகும் என்றால் , எல்லா வகையான சமூகப்பாதுகாப்பு விதிகளை தொழிலாளிகளிடமிருந்து திரும்பப்பெற்று அவர்களை புதிய ஒப்பந்த ஊழியர்களாக ஆக்குவதுதான். ஆளும் வர்க்கத்திலிருந்து இடையறாத தாக்குதல்களுக்கு இடையில் ஓய்வூதியம்   சிக்கித் தவித்து வருகிறது.

இனிவரும் தலைமுறைக்கு ஓய்வூதியம் என்பது இனி இருக்காது என்பதை நாம் அறிவோம். பென்ஷன் எதிர்காலத்தில் ஒருவேளை கிடைக்கலாம் எனும் நம்பிக்கை கூட யாரும் கொள்ள முடியாது.அவர்களுக்கு சமூக பாதுகாப்பு என்பது அறவே கிடையாது. வேலை இல்லாதோர் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகமாவது , மைனாரிட்டியான உழைக்கும் வர்க்கத்திற்கு மிகப்பெரிய அச்சுறுத்தலாகும். .அப்படிப்பட்ட சூழலில் வயது முதிர்ந்த நம் நிலைமை மிகவும் கஷ்டமாக இருக்கும்.வயதானவர்களின் வாழ்வாதாரம் இளைய சமுதாயத்தின்  பொறுப்பில்  இருக்கிறது.

நாம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுவதன் மூலம் ஓரளவு நல் வாய்ப்பு அடைந்தவர்களாக இருக்கிறோம். எதுவுமே இல்லாமல் கஷ்டப்படுவோரின் நிலையை எண்ணிப்பார்க்கிறோம். இந்த நிலை மாறி பொதுவான அமைதிகாரமான சுழ்நிலை தவழ நாம் ஆற்ற வேண்டிய கடமை, பொறுப்பு நம் பால் உள்ளது. மீண்டும் நாம் நீண்ட தூரம் பயணம் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். நாம் மட்டும் தனியாக பயணிக்க முடியாது. சேர்ந்து நடக்கும் போது மேலே மேலே முன்னேறுவோம் என்ற உறுதியை மனதில் ஏந்திசெல்வோம். நாம் திரும்பிப் பார்க்க  தேவையில்லை.

பூரி அனைத்திந்திய மாநாடு மிகப்பெரிய அயிட்டங்களை தனது நிகழ்ச்சி நிரலில் அடக்கியுள்ளது.

வாருங்கள் பூரிக்கு பெருமையுடன் செல்வோம்.

In Tamilnadu Circle Office

Onbehalf of AIBSNLPWA our ACS  N.S.Deenadayalan greeted the 3 Day Fasting  Agitation  of All Unions and Associations of BSNL from today  in T.N.Circle Office. Demanding Implementation of 3rd PRC immediately.

In Ooty, in spite of the incessant rain for the past one month, our Ooty comrades had made most effective arrangements to make the Dharna that was held on 18-07-2018 in a grand manner. Even while the Dharna was conducted, there was a heavy rain out side the hall.
Com. Durai samy, District Secretary of Nilgiri SSA  had taken much pain for the smooth and grand run of Dharna. Nearly 25 comrades in which four were ladies had attended the dharna. Comrades Duraisamy. Balu and Ramasamy delivered speech. The surrounding areas such as Coonor, Kothagiri and Gudalur comrades could not come to Ooty due to road block, tree fall on roads and slight land slides in some places. Hats off to the best efforts taken by Ooty comrades.

WE WELCOME THE LETTER FROM BSNLEU

Com. P Abhimanyu, GS of BSNLEU has written a good letter to Sh. Narendra Modi, the Prime minister demanding pension revision for BSNL retirees. He has correctly pointed out:

1.BSNL retirees are also covered by CCS (Pension ) rule 1972.Other central government pensioners governed by the said rule got pension revision; but it was denied to BSNL retirees.

2. II PRC report was implemented and pay was revised in the case of BSNL Executives in February 2009. Thereafter the benefit of II PRC were granted to Non executives in wage revision in May 2010. But the benefits were not extended to BSNL retirees then. (Means: Even if wage revision takes place pension revision is not automatic). So, do not link Pension Revision with Pay Revision.

3.Denial of pension revision is denial of justice.

SECOND STAGE STRUGGLE FOR 

PENSION REFIXATION

AT MADURAI ON 18-07-2018.

As per the CHQ call to conduct DHARNA in front of all DOT/BSNL offices for achieving our just

 demand for PENSION REVISION as per the 7th CPC fitment formula on IDA scale from 1-1-2017

Mass DHARNA was successfully conducted in Level 4 Telephone exchange premises Madurai . The 

gathering of more than 300 comrades inclusive of many lady pensioners was chaired by  Com. K 

Sathyaseelan,Dist President.

Our former Dist Secretary Sri. GRD, Dist Secy. Com. S Veerachamy, Asst . Dist Secy Com. Sooriyan

 who spoke on the occasion, highlighted the fruitful activities of our association in Dist, circle and all India levels.

Com. Muthiyalu,our circle secretary, who was the special invitee, was shawled and presented with the
 award “ VAAZHNAAL PAATTALI THOZHAN (வாழ்நாள் பாட்டாளி தோழன்)  in 

recognition  of his trade union activities in multi various capacities. In his special address our circle 

secretary explained in detail the necessity this  struggle and the PROCESSES  going on in ALL 

INDIA level to achieve our present need of the hour .

The meeting concluded with the vote of thanks by  Dist Asst Secretary. Lunch was provided to all those who participated  in the Dharna.
