Third PRC has not suggested any pension revision. 

We anticipated it.

For Executives pay revision fitment suggested is 15% Of BP plus DA.  Or 2. 52 times of basic pay.

 So 7th CPC formula and PRC formula both are same.  We want CPC formula because that is stable for future.

 This 15% fixation is with a condition that the increase in expenditure should not exceed 20% of the PBT of the preceding 3 years. If it exceeds 20% and below 50% then only 10%    

Perhaps serving  BSNL executives will get 10%.   Not retired executives.
