Dear Comrades, I am very happy that AIBSNLPWA CHQ has taken the right decision to file a case  in the Court of Justice after the Government has refused Pension Rivision to BSNL IDA pensioners from 1/1/2017.

All the best efforts of our leaders have  failed to bear fruit as the Government is very stubborn. Eventhough we are receiving handful of pension, I am of the strong opinion that pension rivision is our right. Any organisation worth its name cannot be a mute spectator when their members' rights are denied. In order to extend my moral support to the decision of CHQ to fight legally our case for Pension rivision, I give a token amount of  Rs.500/- as donation for that case.

அன்புமிகு தோழர்களே,
தமிழ் மாநில தொலைத்தொடர்பு வட்டத்தில் வரலாற்று சாதனை படைக்கிறது  மதுரை மாவட்டத்தின் வத்தலகுண்டு பகுதி. ஆம் இன்று 09-01-2020 மாலை 3-00 மணி அளவில் வத்தலகுண்டு பகுதியில் விருப்ப ஒய்வு பெற்று இம்மாத இறுதியில் செல்ல விருக்கும் 30 ஊழியர்களுக்கு ஒரு வாழ்த்தி வழியனுப்பும் விழா சிறப்பாக தொலைபேசி நிலையத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. முதன்மை பொது மேலாளர் திருமதி S .E .ராஜம் அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு அனைவரையும் வாழ்த்தி வழி அனுப்பி வைத்தார். 
அந்த விழாவில் நம் மதுரை மாவட்ட AIBSNLPWA  சார்பில் மாவட்ட செயலர் தோழர் தோழர் S .வீராச்சாமியும் . வத்தலகுண்டு கிளை செயலர் தோழர் V . பெரியசாமியும் கலந்து கொண்டார்கள் . மாவட்ட செயலர் விருப்ப ஓய்வில் செல்ல இருக்கும் தோழர்களை வாழ்த்தி பேசினார். BSNL க்கு அவர்கள் அளித்துள்ள சேவையினை வெகுவாக பாராட்டினார். நம் சங்கம் செய்துள்ள சாதனைகளை விரிவாக எடுத்துரைத்து இது போல் சாதனைகளை எந்த ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கமும் செய்ய வில்லை , செய்யவும் முடியாது. மிக அதிக எண்ணிக்கையுள்ள ஓய்வூதியர்களை தன்னகத்தே கொண்டுள்ள இச்சங்கம் ஏழாவது ஊதியக்குழுவின்  பரிந்துரைகளை நாமும் பெற்றிட அயராது பாடுபட்டு வருகிறது. இதில் நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் இணைய வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையினை விடுத்தார் அதன் விளைவாக அனைத்து 30 தோழர்களும் நம் சங்கத்தில் இணைய விரும்பி , படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுத்துள்ளனர். விருப்ப ஓய்வில் செல்லும் தோழர்கள் நூறு சதவீதம் நம் சங்கத்தில் சேர்வது ஒரு இமாலய சாதனையாகும். அடுத்து 13ஆம் தேதி பழனி பகுதி அலுவலகத்தில் மாலை 3-00 மணிக்கு வாழ்த்தி வழியனுப்பும் விழா நடை பெற உள்ளது.

07.01.2020 கடலூர்.மாவட்ட AIBSNLPWA சார்பில் ஓய்வூதியர் தின சிறப்பு கூட்டம் Cuddalore டவுன் ஹாலீல் மிக விமரிசையாக நடந்தது. மாவட்ட தலைவர் தோழர்.P.ஜெயராமன் தலைமை ஏற்க தோழர்.சாந்தகுமார் வரவேற்பு உரை நிகழ்திட தோழர் R.அசோகன் மாவட்ட செயலாளர் துவக்க உரை ஆற்றினார். சிறப்பு உரை மாநில செயலாளர்.தோழர்.R.வெங்கடாச்சலம் சிறப்புரை யாற்றினார்.கடலூர் மாவட்ட பகுதி வில்லுபுரம், திண்டிவனம்,சிதம்பரம்,நெய்வேலி,விருத்தாச்சலம் பொறுப்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் Cuddalore மாவட்ட NFTE செயலாளர்.ஸ்ரீதர் வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினார்கள். இறுதியாக மாவட்ட பொருளாளர்.ஹாஜா காமலுதீன் நன்றி உரை கூறினார். இன்றைய தினம் காலை Cuddalore மாவட்ட செயற்குழு கூட்டமும் நடந்தேறியது. இன்றைய தினம் 
மாவட்ட தலைவர்.தோழர் PJ வின் 77 வ து பிறந்தநாள் விழாவினை ஒட்டி அவர்க்கு பொன்னாடை அணிவித்து வாழ்த்துக்களும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது

On 07-01-2020, Comrades P.S.Ramankutty, D.Gopalakrishnan, K Muthiyalu, G Babu, G Natarajan, R Changappa, V Rathna and Radhakrishna  met Lawyer in Bangalore and discussed elaborately for nearly 90 minutes about various aspects of filing a case for pension revision in Bangalore CAT.

Lawyer opined that there is a strong merit in our demand.

All participants were unanimous in their opinion that the lawyer is able to understand our case and give proper guidance.

On 08/01/2020, the following CWC members were present in the Secretariat meeting:

PSR, DG, Babu, Natarajan, Gangadhara Rao, Muthiyalu, Varaprasad, Vittoban, Ramarao, Rethna, Radhakrishna, R Venkitachalam, R Changappa and S Thangaraj.

 Com Sukumaran  could not attend due to health reasons.

Discussion with the lawyer on 7th and present situation on pension revision were reviewed.  All the 14 CWC members expressed their opinion on future course of action.

All except two were unanimous to seek legal remedy for pension revision immediately in Bangalore CAT.

 Kanyakumari CWC in February 2019 had decided to seek legal remedy as a last resort. That stage has come now,  was the opinion of  them.

 So, it was decided accordingly, subject to ratification by CWC.

      1.   Coms Anupam kaul and R L Kapoor reported that Pension anomaly case came before the Hon. High court of Delhi. Both sides argued the case for an hour after the lunch. Argument is over and the judgement is reserved.

Meanwhile if there is any points the advocates can submit to the court within 3 days.

Let us hope for the BEST .

    2.  Chairman and Managing Director of BSNL PK Purwar had said that he hopes two years down the line BSNL  should become EBITDA (earnings before interest taxation depreciation and amortisation) positive.

He added that five years down the line, it should become PAT (profit after tax) positive.....
