IDA From April will be Reduced by 2.3%

Consumer Price Index  (IW) for February 2017 is 274. 
Therefore IDA from 1st April will be 117.2 .
that is 2.3% less.

காலை 11 மணிக்கு திரு, M.இராமச்சந்திரன் (Rtrd.SDE) அவர்கள் தலைமையில் கூட்டம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது.

திரு.S. நடராஜன் அவர்கள் வரவேற்புரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.

மாவட்ட துணைத்தலைவரும் சிவகங்கையில் கிளை அமைய முயற்சி எடுத்த வருமான திரு.A.சந்திரன் அவர்கள் 31 பேர் கொண்ட கிளை உறுப்பினர் பட்டியலை வாசித்தார்.

தலைவர் அவர்கள் தலைமை உரை நிகழ்த்தியதோடு உறுப்பினர்களை அறிமுகம் செய்துவைத்தார்.

மாநில உதவிச்செயலர் தோழர். நாகேஸ்வரன் அவர்கள் நமது சங்கம் உருவான வரலாறு பற்றியும் உலகநாடுகளில் ஓய்வூதியர் சலுகைகள் குறைக்கப்பட்டு வருவது பற்றியும் நமதுநாட்டில் ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கான சலுகைகள் குறைக்கப்படுவது பற்றியும் நீதிமன்றத்தீர்ப்புகள் உதாசீனப்படுத்துவது பற்றியும் விரிவாகக் குறிப்பிட்டு, சங்கம் அமைப்பதன் அவசியம் பற்றியும், நமது சங்கத்தின் சாதனை பற்றியும் வருங் காலத்தில் ஆற்றவேண்டிய கடமைகள் பற்றியும்  அந்தக்கடமைகளை நிறைவேற்ற அமைப்புரீதியாக நாம் வலுவாக இருக்கவேண்டும் என்றும் அதற்கு இது போன்ற கிளை உருவாக்கங்கள் தேவை என்றும் கூறி புதிய கிளையை துவக்கிவைத்தார்.

மாவட்டச்செயலர் முருகன் அவர்கள் நிர்வாகிகள் தேர்வை நடத்திவைத்தார். 16 பேர்கொண்ட நிர்வாகிகள் பட்டியல் திரு.A.சந்திரன் அவர்களால் முன்மொழியப்பட்டு திரு. T.S.இன்னாசிமுத்து அவர்களால் வழிமொழியப்பட்டது. நிர்வாகிகள் ஏகமனதாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டதாக மாவட்டச்செயலர் அறிவிக்க தலைவர் அவர்கள் நிர்வாகி களை அறிமுகம் செய்துவைத்தார்.

இராமநாதபுரம் கிளைச்செயலர் திரு C.இராமமூர்த்தி அவர்களும் பரமக்குடி கிளைப் பொருளர் திரு இராமசாமி அவர்களும் வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினர். 

 மாவட்டச்செயலர் முருகன் அவர்கள் தனது வாழ்த்துரையில், நமது மாவட்ட சங்கத்தின் வளர்ச்சி பற்றியும் பரமக்குடி, காரைக்குடி, இராமநாதபுரம் போன்ற கிளைகளின் செயல்பாடுகள் பற்றியும் அந்தவரிசையில் சிவகங்கைக்கிளையும் தன் பங்கை ஆற்றவேண்டுமெனக் குறிப்பிட்ட அவர், அனைவரும் ஆயுள் சந்தா செலுத்த வேண்டும் எனக்கேட்டுக்கொண்டார். மாதம் இருமுறை மத்திய சங்கத்தால் நல்லபல கருத்துக்களை- கட்டுரைகளை- ஓய்வூதியர் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட உத்திரவுகளை, தாங்கி தவறாமல் வெளியிடப்பட்டு வரும் பென்சன் பத்ரிகாவை அனைவரும் வாங்கி படிக்க வேண்டுமெனக் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார். அடிக்கடி கூட்டங்கள் நடத்தி செழுமையாக-செழிப்பாக கிளையை வைத்துக்கொள்ள அறிவுறுத்தினார். கிளைச்சங்கத்தின் செயல் பாட்டுக்கு, உறுப்பினர்களின் பிரச்னை தீர்விற்கு மாவட்டசங்கம் என்றும் துணை நிற்கும் என்று கூறியதோடு புதிதாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட நிர்வாகிகளுக்கு வாழ்த்துக்களையும் தெரிவித்தார்.

அகில இந்திய துணைப்பொதுச்செயலர் தோழர். நெல்லை அருணா அவர்கள் ஆற்றிய சிறப்புரையில், சமீபத்தில் அகில இந்தியத்தலைவர்கள் தலைநகர் டெல்லி சென்றது பற்றியும், DOT சேர்மன் அவர்களிடம் பேட்டிகண்டது பற்றியும் BSNL உயரதிகாரிகளை சந்தித்து நமது பிரச்னைகளை பேசியது பற்றியும்  MTNL BDPA மற்றும் அதிகாரிகள் சங்கத்தலைவர்களை சந்தித்தது பற்றியும் 7-வது சம்பள கமிசனின் ஊதிய நிர்ணயத் தொகையை பெறுவதற்கு கூட்டு முயற்சிக்கு வித்திட்டது பற்றியும் எடுத்துரைத்தார். 

குறிப்பாக, இரவுநேர இலவசஅழைப்புகள் சலுகையை ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கும் வழங்கக் கோரியதையும், உடனடியாக உத்தரவு போடப்பட்டது பற்றியும், உள்ளூர் அழைப்பு மட்டும் என்ற விதியினை மாற்றி STD வசதி கோரியது பற்றியும் அது சம்பந்தமான உத்தரவு விரைவில் போடப்பட உள்ளது பற்றியும், தரைவழித்தொலைபேசி கொடுக்க முடியாத இடங்களில் கைப்பேசிச் சலுகை வழங்கக் கோரியது பற்றியும், விரிவாக விளக்கினார்.  

மருத்துவ ஈட்டுத்தொகை பெறுவதில் தற்போதுள்ள தாமதத்தைப்போக்க விரைவில் புதிய சாப்ட்வேர் போடப்பட உள்ளதுபற்றியும், இதனால் அனுப்பப்படுகின்ற பில்கள் எந்தநிலையில் உள்ளது என்பதை சம்பந்தப்பட்டவர்களே இணையம் மூலம் தெரிந்து கொள்ளமுடியும் என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டார். 

           மேலும் 78.2 சம்பந்தமான திருத்தப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதிய உத்தரவுகள், தமிழ்மாநிலத்தைப் பொறுத்தவரையில் ஏப்ரல் 10-க்குள் எல்லாருக்கும் அனுப்பபட்டுவிடும் என்றும் இதற்கு முக்கிய காரணம் நமது சங்கத்தைச்சேர்ந்த தோழர்கள் எந்தவித பலனையும் எதிர்பார்க்காது CCA அலுவலகத்தில் வேலைபார்ப்பதினால்தான் என்று குறிப்பிட்டார்.

    மிக நீண்டநாட்களாக சிவகங்கையில் கிளை துவக்கப்பட உள்ளது பற்றியும் அதில் நான் கலந்துகொள்ளவேண்டும் என்றும் மாவட்டச் செயலர் அடிக்கடி குறிப்பிடுவார். இன்று அந்த வாய்ப்பை கொடுத்தமைக்கு நன்றி தெரிவித்தோடு புதிய கிளைக்கும் புதிய நிர்வாகிகளுக்கும் மத்திய சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக வாழ்த்துக்களையும் தெரிவித்தார்.

BSNL IDA Rates – April IDA for Employee Pay Scales

New Financial Year starts with April 2017, and BSNL IDA Rates of Employees valid from 01.04.2017 is going to record a decline. This BSNL IDA rate is valid from New Financial Year 2017-2018 for all executive and non-executive BSNL employees.

As we said earlier, but remains again this. The Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) Rates calculates with All India Consumer Price Index (IW) with the below said points.

Based on the weighted average of prices for consumer goods and services. IDA calculates with a mean for specified months of December 2016 and January, February 2017. It is, as per the price index numbers issued by the Department of Labour Bureau of India. After taking price changes for each item in the predetermined basket of goods.

Now, as per All India Consumer Price Index Numbers for Industrial Workers – CPI(IW) issued by Department of Labour Bureau. CPI records continuous decrease in the figures for two months. For December 2016 and January 2017 it drops by three points. With this new release, the total AICPI(All India Consumer Price Index) stands at 274 as on 28.02.2017 (January Index Numbers). It declines from 277.

Based on this average of Consumer Price Index Numbers for Industrial Workers CPI(IW). BSNL IDA rates of employees may record a decrease up to 2%, even if it stands at 275 for February index numbers. If the drop happened in CPI index numbers for February also, then IDA may surely go on the decrease hugely. But if CPI Index increased by nine points from now, then BSNL IDA rates will be balanced. Up to now in history, CPI index numbers has not increased by nine points in one month. So there may admittedly a decrease for this quarter in BSNL IDA rates of above 2%. BSNL IDA Rates (Expecting) from 01.04.2017

After the release of AICPI numbers on 31.03.2017 for February 2017, Department of Public Enterprises will issue the orders for the decline in BSNL IDA rates from 01.04.2017. Then PSU will issue the orders for New IDA rates. This time, it is going to record a huge decrease in BSNL IDA rates from New Financial Year 2017 2018.

DOT Finance has collected data from all the CCAs after our discussion with Secretary, Telecom on 22/2/2017.  The information is as follows :-

1)Tamilnadu, Uttarakhand and Bihar BSNL have sent all cases.

2) WB BSNL has not sent any case to CCA.

3) Patna CCA has cleared all the 3585 cases.

4) NE I has cleared all the received cases of 897 but BSNL is yet to send 103 cases.

5) The following CCAs have cleared /received  Cases

There are 1, 39, 835   Cases in total.  Only 1, 09, 442 Cases are recd from BSNL offices till 28. 2. 17.

30, 000 Cases are yet to receive.

CCAs have cleared 51031Cases.

We do not believe these figures.  Why?

1. Totalling is not accurate.

2.  It is said WB circle did not send any case. But some pensioners  got revision order.

to file appeal in High Court 

against CAT judgement in 

Pension Anomaly case. 

We have no alternative

 but to fight at 

                        every level.

KERALA UNITS ON AGITATIONAL PATH

Since both the CCA and CGMT adopted very negative stand towards pensioners on many issues, the Kerala Circle Unit of AIBSNLPWA decided to organize agitational programmes.On 18-1-2017, a massive demonstration by more than 600 pensioners was conducted in front of Circle Office protesting against:

1) Denial or rejection of many BSNLMRS claims from our members by the concerned section of Circle Office, influenced by some people belonging to rival organization.2) Irregular method of processing 78.2% cases by SSA offices, causing undue delay.3) Withholding of revision cases of those who retired in 2006, on the plea of unwanted clarification sought from Directorate by the CCA.4) Shortage of staff in CCA office.5) Heavy delay in settlement of 78.2 cases in the entire Circle.

Again, on 21-3-2017 and 22-3-2017, two days dharna was organsied in front of Circle Office.

On 22-3-2017 protest dharna was organized in front of all the eleven SSA offices in Kerala.

Hundreds of our members participated in the protest programmes expressing their anger over the negative attitude of authorities.

Circular No 6 From Tamilnadu Circle Secretary.

The AIBSNLPWA of Thanjavur District Branch arranged a international world women's day celebration on 18.3.17 at Sacred Heart community hall, Thanjavur. About 500 coms including 250 lady coms attended the function.

In an unique special manner Birthday function whose birthdays come in current (March) month was celeberated cutting cake and feeding their family members with joy and pleasure. It was fully a joy filled moment.

 The Dignitaries like CGM BSNL  Tamilnadu , GM Planning  TN Circle, GM Madurai, GM Thanjavur joined with us and Coms, DG, V. Ramarao, N. Mohan also participated along with representatives from Madurai and Tirunelveli, Local BSNL executives also participated.

“Thamizhagathin Chirandha Thalaimai Pannbalar Viruthu” was conferred up  on CGM BSNL  Tamilnadu Smt. K. PUNGUZHALI,  ITS  by Com DG.

 “Chirandha Thalaimai Panpalar Viruthu  was conferred to Smt. S. E. RAJAM, ITS, GM, BSNL , Madurai by com V. Ramarao, TN Circle president.

 Sri P.V. Karunanidhi ITS GM Planning Tamilnadu circle and Sri C.Vinodh, ITS,  GM BSNL  Thanjavur delivered speech on the title women's part in the development in BSNL  and their part in social activities respectively.

 Com DG and Com V. Ramarao delivered the special speech on the virudhu conferred person's. Finally the virudhu awarded GMS gave Acceptance Speech  and expressed their experiences about women's activity at the present in BSNL and in the society. The meeting presided by Com AKD, District president and welcome address by com V. SWAMINATHAN DIST SECY.

Dignitaries like DG and Ramarao were honoured with shawls and momentoes.

The District Secretary and his team of AIBSNLPWA had arranged the meeting in a grand manner and the last minute confusion was completely avoided.

After vote of thanks the grand function come to an end with midday special  lunch.
