 OUR PENSION REVISION CASE IN Hon. NEWDELHI  HIGHCOURT.

Dear Members,

Matter was listed as Item 91 today before Hon'ble Judges Shri J Hari Shankar and Shri J Ajay Digpaul. Our lawyers led by Mr Sanjoy Ghose, Sr. Counsel appeared on our behalf.

It was taken up just before lunch. The government Counsel  sought an adjournment on the ground of unavailability of the ASG due to his leg-broken.

The Hon judge told the government counsel that they have studied the case and prepared the note till 2 am. Non-availability of ASG could have been circulated through a letter in advance.

Mr.Ghose objected to the request and submitted that a large number of retired pensioners were awaiting the revision which was a meagre amount.

The Hon'ble Court agreed to post the matter on the earliest available date i.e. 18.02.2025 in the supplementary list.

𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗕𝗔𝗜𝗬𝗔𝗡.  𝗜𝗔𝗦. அவர்களை, S. சுந்தரகிருஷ்ணன் மாநில செயலர் தமிழ் மாநிலம், சென்னை தொலை பேசி மாநில தோழர்கள்  M . அரங்கநாதன்       அ. இ. து. தலைவர்,  S. தங்கராஜ் மாநில செயலர், M. கண்ணப்பன் மாநில பொருளாளர், R. குணசேகரன் மாநில உதவி  செயலர், ஆகியோர் அவருடைய அலுவலகத்தில் சந்தித்து, நம்முடைய உறுப்பினர்க்கு வரவேண்டிய நிலுவை தொகை திரும்ப தருதல், ஆய்வறிக்கை துரித படுத்துதல் பற்றி ஒரு மகஜர் கொடுத்தோம்.  மகஜரை படித்து, சொசைட்டி பற்றி நிலுவை தொகை திரும்ப தராமல் இருந்ததற்கான காரணம், சொசைட்டி இன்றய நிதி நிலைமை, நிர்வாக நிலைமை போன்ற  பல்வேறு பிரச்சனை பற்றி விவாதிக்கப்பட்டன. பிப்ரவரி முதல் வாரம், ஒரு ஆய்வுக்குழு அனுப்புவதாகவும், 3 வாரத்தில் ஆய்வு முடிவுறும் என்றும் , நம்மை பிப்ரவரி இறுதி வாரத்தில் வந்து அவரை சந்திக்குமாறும் தெரிவித்தார்.சந்திப்பு மகிழ்வாக இருந்தது.     நன்றி.

DOT issues revised order on Grant of Notional Increment to absorbed employees of BSNL/MTNL who retired / retiring a day before it became due in any month of the year for the purpose of calculating the pension admissible regarding order issued.

 PENSION REVISION CASE

Status Update on Pension Revision Court Case:-

The pension revision case was scheduled for hearing today in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. However, the matter reached at 5 PM, and the Court did not have enough time to hear it.

On the basis of the 8th October order, we requested that the matter be heard urgently as part of the supplementary list to ensure it is taken up earlier. The Court has adjourned the case to 30th January 2025.

தர்மபுரி மாவட்ட 7வது மாநாடு 07.01.2025 அன்று தலைவர் தோழர் முனியன் தலைமையில், தர்மபுரி வன்னியர் திருமண மண்டபத்தில் 1030 மணிக்கு , கொடியேற்றத்துடன் துவங்கி நடைபெற்றது. தோழர் சுப்ரமணியம் DS தர்மபுரி வரவேற்புரை ஆற்றினார். தோழமை சங்க பிரதிநிதிகள் அழைக்கப்பட்டனர். திருமதி சுபா GM BSNL சிறப்பு விருந்தினர். சேலம் கிழக்கு மாவட்ட, சேலம் மேற்கு மாவட்ட தலைவர், செயலர், பொருளாளர்கள், மற்றும் மாநில நிர்வாகிகள் தோழர்கள் ரமணி,  பட்டாபிராமன், வேதியப்பன், அ. இ. அமைப்பு செயலர் தோழர் வேணுகோபால் மற்றும் , மாநில  செயலர் கலந்து கொண்டு வாழ்த்துரை, சிறப்புரை ஆற்றினர். மாநாடு வெகுசிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. செயல்பாட்டு அறிக்கை மற்றும் நிதி அறிக்கை தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டு ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டது. புதிய நிர்வாகிகள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டனர்.

Life certificate of Pensioners/ Family Pensioners list which is valid up to 31-01-2025 is posted here. Since it is in Pdf format containing 52 pages, a link is given. The list is in alphabetical order. Life certificates in this list should be given before 20-02-2025, so that the pension could be drawn without a break.

Reprocessing of non paid for 6500Canarabank pension account holders  is almost nearing completion. Tomorrow morning,transferring of datas to SBI will be completed. S. Sundarakrishnan

கனரா வங்கி பென்ஷன் பிரச்சனை :- CCA அலுவலகத்தில், 6500 PENSIONERS data மறுசீராய்வு பணி, வெகு விரைவாக நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. நாளை காலைக்குள் முடிக்கவேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்தில் பணி நடை பெற்று வருகிறது. நாளை அனைத்து பென்ஷன்  விவரம், reprocess செய்து SBI க்கு அனுப்பப்படும் என்ற செய்தி கிடைத்துள்ளது.
