Extra Increment Case was listed as number 59 under the
caption
"High on board for final disposal".
Our lawyer at 1030 mentioned that he had come prepared
for final argument and it could be heard today itself as agreed on 5/9/19
But DOT lawyer
said that he was not prepared today for argument and wanted a few days time.
Then Hon Judge asked our lawyer "How much time
you require for argument". Our lawyer replied that since there was already Hon Kerala HC judgement, he might require only 10 to 15 minutes.
Then Judge asked the DOT lawyer the same question and
he replied that he might also require
the same time only
Ultimately Hon Judge adjourned the case to 03/10/2019 for final argument and disposal.
