Pension Revision Case today (04-09-2024) in Hon'ble High Court DelhiAs you are aware, the matters were listed today as Items 54 to 56 before Court 34.
Due to another part-heard matter, our matters were not taken up and adjourned to 23.09.2024 at 3:30 pm.
Since the proceedings in High Court on writ petition are continuing, hearing on Contempt petition in CAT is likely to be adjourned to a date later than 23-9-2024.
