Submission of KYP FORM:-

1  This needs to be submitted by All SAMPANN Migrated  PensionersS, as per the decision of CGCA           

2. So only the MELA is conducted.

3. DIRECT SAMPANN PENSIONERS, need not give.                 

4. Now, pensioners can view only datas. CCA office intends to provide access to download eppo.

5. Before that the correctness of datas has to be verified based on KYP Form

6.  In the KYP, Pensioners have to affix individual photos of both Pensioner and Family Pensioner.

 7. This is as per the guidelines of CGCA. Whereas, what CS inferred is that if individual feels no correction is needed in SAMPANN, then KYP is not mandatory.   Early action by DS IS REQUESTED .

MESSAGE FROM CIRCLE SECRETARY

Pension Revision  based on78.2 IDA without extra increment. 

1 30 பேருக்கு pension revision மாற்றம் செய்யப்பட்டு, arrears வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

2 அடுத்து 36 பேருக்கு, pension மாற்றம் sanction க்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டுள்ளது.

3.  அடுத்த batch 26 பேர் பரிசீலிக்க படுகிறது.

4. மாவட்ட செயலர்கள், அனைவரும் affidavit format ல்  கொடுக்க ஏற்பாடு செய்யவும்.
