PROMPT ACTION TAKEN FOR PENSION PAYMENT

Pr. CCA TN CHENNAI has   issued instructions to PDA SECTION to prepare pension bills to enable to send to SBI by 24thSep with an instructions to pay by 25th onwards.

மதுரை மாவட்ட செயலர் தோழர் வீராச்சாமி அவர்கள் மறைவு அனைவருக்கும் அதிர்ச்சி அளிக்கிறது. ஓரிரு மாதங்கள் உடல்  நலக் குறைவால் அவதியுற்றார். ஆனால் இந்த நிலை வரும் என்பதை எதிர் பார்க்கவில்லை. வழக்கமாக என்னிடம் வாரத்தில் மூன்று முறை பேசுவார். இனிய முகம். இனிமையான பேச்சு. சிறந்த மனிதர். அனைவருக்கும் நண்பர். 

தமிழ் நாட்டில் அதிக உறுப்பினரை கொண்ட மதுரை மாவட்ட சங்கத்தை, எவ்வித பிரச்சனை யும் இல்லாமல் சுமூகமாக நடத்தி வந்தார். சொல்லிக் கொண்டே போகலாம். அவருடைய இழப்பு அவருடைய குடும்பத்திற்கு மட்டுமன்றி நமது மதுரை மாவட்ட, மற்றும் மாநில சங்கத்திற்கும் இழப்புதான். மாநில சங்கத்தின் ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலை அண்ணார் குடும்பத்திற்கும், மதுரை மாவட்ட தோழர்களுக்கும், மாநில சங்கத்தின் சார்பாக தெரிவித்து கொள்கிரேன். அன்னாரின் ஆத்மா, ஆண்டவன் திருவடியில் இளைப்பாற, இறைவனை வேண்டுகிரேன். இவண்.

It is with great sorrow that I learned of the passing of Com  Veerasamy, District Secretary of Madurai. During my visit to Madurai in May 2019, he extended his  help and since then we continued our friendship.  We stayed connected over the years, meeting at  association meetings, including the recent CEC  Tamilnadu at  Salem. His service as  DS  AIBSNLPWA  Madurai is highly commended.  His dedication to the association and his commitment to serving others were always evident. His sudden departure is a great loss, and my heartfelt condolences   to his family. He will be remembered for his contributions.

 OUR PENSION REVISION CASE IN DELHI HIGH COURT

Pension Revision Case today (04-09-2024)  in Hon'ble  High Court Delhi 
As you are aware, the matters were listed today as Items 54 to 56 before Court 34. 
Due to another part-heard matter, our matters were not taken up and adjourned to   23.09.2024 at 3:30 pm.
Since the proceedings in High Court on writ petition are continuing, hearing on Contempt petition in CAT is likely to be adjourned to a date later than 23-9-2024.
