Circle Executive Committee Meeting was conducted at Salem, hosted by Salem West District. The CEC was presided over by Com. V. Saminathan, TN Circle President in the presence of Com. V.Ramarao, the Advisor for TN Circle. Com. S. Sundarakrishnan , the Circle secretary took an active part. All India President Com.
