    Very good initiative. At the same time please take measures for senior pensioners gtg less than their juniors due to pay aberration.In spite of supreme court orders based on cat Chennai judgement to implement suitable modification in pay fixation in such a way seniors shd not get less than their juniors.Tge proposal sent by cmd bsnl in 2017 is gathering dust in dot secy office. Please kindly look into that also.
