WHOSE LC / DLC EXPIRING ON 30-11-2022 ( AS ON 18-12-2022 ).
On receipt of valid Life certificate / Digital Life Certificate on or before 20-12-2022 only, Pension for the month of December 2022 would be drawn.
For submission of DLC through Jeevan Praman, the following parameters may be noted.
1. Sanction Authority : as "Telecom"
2. Disbursing agency : as " SAMPANN" - Department Of Telecommunications.
3. Agency : as " Pr.CCA Tamilnadu"

It is the duty of all PSAs/PDAs to download the DLC generated by the pensioners. CCA is shirking it's responsibility by not doing so. Instead, it is asking the pensioners to send a copy of the DLC by eMail or post to them. The design of the 'Jeevan Pramaan' is not like this. This aspect is ignored by ALL pensioners Unions and pensioners as well.
