The monthly meeting of Thanjavur District Branch AIBSNLPWA was conducted on 2nd Saturday (11/02/17) at Thanjavur Main Telephone Exchange Complex.
The meeting started exactly at 10 am with
our association Flag hoisting by
our senior Com. RGK Rao . Prayer was rendered by Com B.Vijayaraghavan,
Com AKD, Dist. President presided over the meeting and was conducted by Com V Swaminathan District Secy.
After the welcome address by
Dist. President, Inaugural address by
Dist. Secy, some of our comrades spoke on the subjects like 78.2% cases and
general topics.
In the key note address by
Com. V. S informed that 130 cases have been settled out of 545 cases of 78.2%
and the remaining cases would be settled
in the near future.
An open session was
started today in the name of “Hearing of
Individual Members Grievances “ All grievances were sorted out and members enthusiastically joined and enjoyed the
fruitfulness on the spot itself.
The birthday celebration of
the members falling in this month was celebrated grandly . Cakes, sweets and Soft
Drinks were distributed.
About 150 members attended
the meeting.
Our next monthly meeting
will be conducted as “International
Womens Day “ on 19/03/17(sunday) in a grand manner inviting the Dignitaries like
CGM BSNL TN Circle,
GM BSNL Thanjavur
GM BSNL Madurai
Com DG from CHQ, and
Com V. Rama Rao from
Circle
to grace the function.
The invitation will be updated shortly.
After the vote of thanks
given by com. LCP the meeting came to an end with delicious and traditional midday lunch.
