The AP conference, held on 22-01-2017
at Vijayawada was a grand success one. About 700 comrades attended the open session.
Com.P S Ramankutty spoke on
the backgrounds that necessitated the formation of our association and major
achievements of AIBSNLPWA during the last seven and half years.
Com G.Natarajan spoke on
78.2%, Pension anomaly, and organisational tasks.
Com. Chengappa spoke about
our efforts to get 78.2%.
Com. Vittobhan, KRG
Durgaprasada Rao , N Adinarayana and VVS Murthy representing CHQ addressed the
open session.
Conference decided to
bifurcate the combined circle association in to Andhra Pradesh Circle and
Telangana Circle consequent upon formation of
separate circles for BSNL.
Elections were conducted unanimously
.
It was a well organised and
well disciplined conference. 233 comrades enrolled themselves as Life Members
during the circle conference. Combined AP Circle has crossed its membership target
of 5000.
Total Membership stands now at 5070.
