Pension Revision Case
It was listed before the new bench led by Justice Anil kshetrapal under item 32-34.
When it was called, DoT lawyer was not available. So, pass-over was given.
In the next few minutes when the pass-over item was called, DoT lawyer appeared and told  "Since the previous bench heard substantive arguments, the matter can be referred to the old bench led by justice Naveen chawla.
The judge agreed to the request and remitted to the old bench and posted the matter to 9/1/2026.
Normally the old bench will sit only on Fridays to hear the old cases.
